This had some good pics of the pools. However the information contained was mostly what is in any other guide. as disappointed.
My kids and I love to dream about Disney while flipping through the pages of this book. The pictures are great.
If you have kids like mine then it's all about the pools.We ended up at Swan and loved it. Well worth the purchase. It pays to do your research before you go.
I liked this book as it explains the pools and locations at Walt Disney World. It does go over each pool specifically, and gives the pro/cons of each. I would give it 5 stars if there were more pictures.
Not as comprehensive as I expected. The information was basically what's readily available to anyone even without visiting. I don't recall seeing it mentioned that guests can only use the pool at the resort they're staying at, either.
This is a good way to learn which resort has the best pools for you and your family. I would have liked more pictures,but there were enough to determine which places I would prefer to visit. The codes for different pools, like kiddie pools or slides, made it easy to read only about the places I am most interested in.
Walt Disney World Swimming Pools takes a look at something that many guides overlook but almost every guest enjoys during their trips, the swimming pool. How many times have you taken your kids on a trip, and the first thing they talk about back home was the pool. This guide is very easy to pick up and read. At each hotel, the author gives a brief description, tells a fact about the pool, and even gives you a heads up on the places to get a quick bite while at the pool. The facts in the book were very informative, and the pictures are a great way to show new guests what they can enjoy. Being a Disney author myself this book taught me things I did not know, and made me want to head back down and explore a few things I had not seen before. Easily recommend this book to people who are planning a trip and plan on doing a lot of swimming while there.
